Make a Wish

We are proud supporters of the Make-A-Wish Foundation who grant magical wishes to children and young people fighting, life-threatening illnesses.

Since becoming their exclusive ‘spa’ partner we have supplied over 30 Marquis Spas to provide warm water therapy and help improve the quality of life for special children throughout the UK

Joanne Micklewright, Make-A-Wish Wishgranting Manager in the UK, says: “Golden Coast has been incredibly generous with the provision of Marquis Spas over the past six years. Make-A-Wish are very gratefully to the staff and distributors who all come together to help us create a magical wish day for our very special children. A spa allows some very precious time to be had as a family unit”.

Ollie, aged 6, has Cerebral Palsy & Epilepsy.

Ollies mum said - “Thank you all for making Ollie’s wish come true and for making the whole process so easy and quick. Ollie is in the tub daily and comes out with muscles relaxed and his whole body chilled.

Pippa, Aged 9 has Aicardi Syndrome – a rare genetic disorder in which the structure that connects the two sides of the brain is missing.

Pippas mum said - “It is so amazing and we wanted to thank you all, and to say what an absolute difference it has made to our lives! It is a beautiful safe haven in the garden for Pip and it gives Pip a fantastic option of fun activities for when the weather is good!”
